नमस्कार 

आज साधनेचा पाचवा दिवस होता मी बाबांच्या दर्शनासाठी त्यांच्या घरी जायला निघालो, चालत असताना रस्त्यामध्ये माझ्यामागे कुत्रा लागला तो आधी खूप लांबून मला न्याहाळत होता आणि नंतर तो माझ्याजवळ आला माझ्या अंगावर उड्या मारायला लागला काहीतरी शोधू लागला. 

मी प्रथम खूप घाबरलो कारण तो अंगावरती उडी मारून माझा हात पकडण्याचा प्रयत्न करत होता. माझा हात त्याच्या तोंडात घेण्याचा प्रयत्न करत होता कदाचित हा कुत्रा वेडा असावा असे मला वाटले आणि तो मला चावला तर या भीतीने मी त्याला दूर सारले आणि माझ्या बाबांच्या घरी जाऊन सर्व हकीकत सांगितली व त्यांचे दर्शन घेऊन मी पुन्हा माझ्या साधनेसाठी घरी परतलो. 

साधनेसाठी ऑफिसला पोहोचल्यावर नेहमीप्रमाणे सर्व मांडणी करून मी शांतचित्ताने साधनेला सुरुवात केली आणि इतक्यात कोणीतरी मला माझ्या पेट नावाने लांबून हाक मारावी असा मला भास झाला. 

आज साधनेत पुन्हा तीच पावलांची चाहूल शरीरावरती टाचण्यांनी टोचल्यासारखे, भ्रूमध्यावर प्रकाश,असा  अनुभव आला. पण विशेष म्हणजे आज माझ्या डोक्यावरून कोणीतरी माझ्या तोंडावरती केस सोडले आहेत असा मला अनुभव आला. 

माझ्या चेहऱ्यावरती वळवळणारे ते केस मला खूप खुप त्रास देत होते, साधनेचे माझे लक्ष विचलित होते इतके केस माझ्या चेहऱ्यावरती आले कुठून हे काहीच कळेना. 

आणि माझ्या उजव्या बाजूच्या ऑफिसच्या कोपऱ्यातून शु शु असा आवाज आला आणि आणि मी थोडा दचकलो आणि त्या आवाजाचा मागोवा घेऊ लागलो. 

आज माझी साधना नेहमीपेक्षा लवकर झाली होती. एक प्रकारचा वेग माझ्या साधनेत निर्माण झाल्याचा मला आज प्रखर बदल जाणवत होता. 

जपमाळ जपून माझी बोटं खरखरीत झाल्यासारखी मला जाणवायला लागली आणि त्यात  एक प्रकारची विशिष्ट अशी ऊर्जा निर्माण झाल्याचे मला समजून आले होते. 

झाडाकडे भोग दिल्यानंतर आज मला तिथे कोणताही विशेष असा अनुभव आला नाही, सर्व प्राणी आज संपावर होते आणि मी माझ्या घरी परतलो. 

घरी परतल्यानंतर माझ्या हे लक्षात आलं की माझी आई माझी वाट बघत होती. मी तिला विचारले तू अजून जागी कशी? त्यावर मला ती म्हणाली की, आज तुझी सारखी काळजी वाटत होती.

Today was the fifth day of Sadhana. I went to visit Baba at his house. While walking, a dog followed me in the street. He was looking at me from a distance and then he came to me, jumped on my body and started looking for something.

I was very scared at first because he was trying to jump up and grab my hand. I was trying to get my hand in his mouth maybe I thought this dog must be crazy and if he bit me this fear I drove him away and went to my dad's house and told him all the facts and after seeing him I went back home for my tool.

Arriving at the office for the tool, I calmly started the tool with all the layouts as usual and all of a sudden I felt like someone was calling me by name from my stomach.

Today, the same footsteps were felt in the instrument again, as if the footsteps were pierced on the body, light in the middle of the eyebrows. But what is special is that today I felt that someone had left hair on my face from my head.

The hair on my face was bothering me a lot, my attention was distracted by the tool, so much hair came on my face, I didn't know where it came from.

And from the corner of my right-hand office came the sound of shu shu, and I nodded a little and began to follow that sound.

Today my sadhana was done earlier than usual. I was feeling a drastic change today as a kind of speed was created in my device.

I began to feel as if my fingers were getting rough from taking care of the rosary and I realized that a certain kind of energy was created in it.

I had no special experience there today after suffering at the tree, all the animals were on strike today and I returned to my home.

When I returned home, I noticed that my mother was waiting for me. I asked her how are you still awake? She told me that she was worried like you today.
